What to wear

Camden’s uniform colours are navy blue and sky blue stripes.

Uniforms are purchased online via Sports Magic (link here). We will have sizes to try on at the club house.

Girls have a choice of either a crop top or singlet top.

Registration and age numbers must be worn on the singlet or t-shirt or championship points will not be awarded. PLEASE DO NOT ALTER/CUT YOUR REGISTRATION NUMBER. THE ENTIRE RED BORDER MUST BE SHOWING. This is an LANSW requirement.

Athletes are required to wear shoes in all events.

Spikes are allowed in all races run entirely in lanes from U11 and older. eg hurdles; 70m; 100m; 200m; 400m.

Spikes may also be worn in the 8oom and above events from Under 13 and older.

Spikes are also permitted for high jump; long jump; triple jump; and javelin from ages U11 and up.

Spikes are only able to be worn in the Under 11 age group through to senior groups.

Under 6, Under 7, Under 8 , Under 9 and Under 10 age groups are NOT permitted to wear spikes.

Uniforms are not compulsory for Camden competition nights (but registration numbers and age patches must be worn). The Camden Club uniform is compulsory if you represent Camden at Gala days, Zone, Region or State events.

Throughout the early months of the start of the season, it is particularly cold and we encourage warm clothing over uniforms even whilst competing.

Compression pants or “skins” can be worn by boys and girls UNDER their shorts. For girls they can be worn on their own.

Tiny Tots are not required to wear a uniform.
